Seven years ago, I started Moklava LLC with a simple dream—to create delicious desserts for everyone who loves sweets. The idea sparked in 2017, and by 2018, we officially launched in Washington State.
2019 was a year of building—refining our recipes and participating in local markets.
In 2020, despite the global challenges, we pushed through and introduced new dessert options that quickly gained popularity.
2021 brought more exposure and private event bookings, including weddings and birthdays.
In 2022, we expanded our menu with more creative and vibrant flavors.
2023 marked the start of a strong social media presence and deeper community engagement.
2024 we invested in equipment and systems that helped improve our quality and reach.
And 2025 has been the year of flavor. Our desserts reached a new level, with bold creations like Rose Baklava and Saffron Pistachio Ice Cream standing out.
All our products have been developed through years of dedication, passion, and hard work. Each flavor tells a story of growth. As one customer once told me, “You changed my perspective about desserts and made me enjoy them even more.”
Today, Moklava operates a fully equipped dessert trailer, serving communities with fresh, handcrafted treats. We’ve grown year by year, and none of this would be possible without the incredible support of our community.
